We're recruiting experienced agents in all areas. You will make your own choices and decisions on every deal as to what you need to, or should do to procure the buyer or seller. As your broker, I am there to assist and review at all times.
We offer:
100% commissions on all listings, sales and rentals, you only pay a $19.95 monthly fee along with a $249 per transaction fee for sales, and $109 for rentals !
Your E and O insurance will be charged on a per deal basis also.
For those of you that originate loans, 100% of points and rebates on all loans originated go to you as long as you pay the fees mentioned above.
We will provide you with leads if you need them, and show you how to build a successful real estate business.
You must be able to work from home.
We will show you how to invest in yourself, and incrementally increase your market share every year.
If you are licensed, ethical, have an open mind, at least one year of full time real estate sales experience, are driven by increasing your monthly income, and seriously desire to reduce your competition for listings, then you should invest in securing your future with us.
Below is my story, you don't have to do the same thing, or implement the same commission structure as I did, you call your own shots on every deal, make up your own commission structure. Charge 7%, 8%, whatever you choose that is agreeable to the client and yourself.
Years ago I was at my wits end competing with agents that have been in the same area for 10,15,20 and 30 years.
What could I possibly provide to sellers that the more seasoned agents were not already providing?
Why should sellers list their home with me? I had no name recognition, no track record, and worse of all I was charging the same commission that my experienced seasoned colleagues were charging.
Why would anyone really want the new guy to practice on them?
In 1995 I tried something new and it has worked for me since. I decided that I was more interested in consistently increasing my monthly income, so I reduced my commission to increase my volume. By doing so it opened up many possibilities.
I know what you're thinking, drop my commission? That's the sacred cow! No Way!
OK, as I said in the beginning, you're going to need an open mind. At first, many of you may not agree with my decision. but for those of you that do, you're life's going to change! And for those that don't agree, it doesn't matter because you're able to do things, structure things as you see fit.
The principle of our reduced commission is simple. We provided full service at commissions from 1% to 4%. (Look at the home page of our site for details)
We only reduced your commission on sellers, not buyers, unless you choose to.
Each listing that you obtain opens up the door to other opportunities:
1. Your seller may need to buy another home.
2. Buyers that you procure, may want property other than your listing.
3. Either or both of the above may need a loan, which you can get paid referral or points using our in house mortgage brokerage.
4. You're contacting and staying in touch with the above mentioned and are asking for referrals consistently
5. You now can solicit for other sellers in the same area you're lisitng is at.
Are you getting it? By our giving up a bit on the listing, we opened the door to many other ways to continuously increase our income.
Do you think you could get sellers to contact you when they think of selling their home if you are the only one offering something creative? Something more than the other agents?
Do you think if you had the flexibility to rebate part of your commission to buyers that you would obtain more buyers?
I know you can, we've been doing it for 14 years, and every year it gets better and better.
What will you need to do?
First make a one year commitment to yourself,
Second, you will need to follow a laid out plan that I will go over with you personally and customize it so it is just right for your goals.
Third, you need to be ethical, very ethical. No gray areas, no white lies, every day should be like confessional, the truth and nothing but the truth.
Fourth, you got to believe in yourself, and if you don't. Then I need you to fake it, pretend that you believe in yourself, we will assist you in every way to build you up!
This works!! You can keep doing what your doing along with everyone else, or you can create your own alternative to sellers and buyers and reap the rewards.
