Welcome to the FREE Buyers Education and Certification! This is provided by MGIC, one of the largest participants in the home buying process.

This is for first time buyers as well as seasoned investors. There's a lot to learn about in the process of buying your next home!

Simply click on the link, English or Spanish, and answer the questions, make sure you input my e mail address buyersed@presnow.com as the Buyers Code. This will allow you to continue the educational process after filling in your info without any outside vendors getting your info and calling you.

The Buyers Education and Certification is a two step process:

1. Go to the link below to get started on the course, make sure you read all the categories covered: Homebuyer Education

2. When you are through reading all the information, see how much of the info you retained!

MAKE SURE YOU PLACE the following e-mail address when asked for The Buyers Ed Code at the bottom of the info you fill out prior to taking the test: buyersed@presnow.com

encuentra en el ultimo renglon despues de leenar toda la otra infomracion.
